It was stinkn cold this afternoon! So cold this trout wanted back in the water. I got 30+ stockers in 4hrs

looks like fun man! I wish I didn't have to travel 6+ hrs for quality fly fishing. nothing but city ponds stocked with trout around here.

I finally got the sissy stick out for the first time in about 3 months...I try to hit the whitefish spawn and I wasn't disappointed! Probably around 35-40 fish this weekend, half whitefish and half trout (mostly browns with a few bows mixed in). Lots of fun on the 2wt! Go 2 prince nymphs and red copper johns in a #18 were the ticket, usually I kill it with egg patterns but they didn't want any of that....most of the trout actually came on spin gear, so I won't post those pics here...
The whites were stacked up in this hole. The grey area is all fish!
I didn't catch this guy on a fly, but I thought you guys would like the pic. Fish big baits!
