I was gonna flush them I was so pissed. But my wife wanted to keep them so I let her have them.

Crash! wtf? U can't take your anger out on their innocent lives.. I think u know that. Don't let your anger get you to do the wrong things... But I understand. I get angry and do stupid things all the time.. **** that I scare myself with..

don't worry. U just learned not to buy more expensive fish from them next time
 
we all make mistakes...and there are some places that just should sell certain fish....I have learned from my mistakes in the past too..now I only buy fish form people that are trusted..have pics or video of the exact fish they are selling.

I would give them to you but I gave them to my wife.she loves them especially the parrot looking one. She called me this morning telling me how awesome its getting.said its turning red.I'm a truck driver so I'm only home weekends.and it is amazing how much a fish can change in a week.

It may not be a red texas, but it could still become something nice as a hybrid.. If it's got colors, it's gonna be good and interesting.
 
I was there a while back and saw the fish you picked up. I knew they weren't RTs but I thought about buying one anyway. Even at only a couple inches one of them had a nice profile started. I'd like to see how your other one is turning out.
