500 gal plywood aquarium update.

Today I was looking over the glass install and I noted that silicone doesn't stick to Zophar. It peals off like pealing a sticker. Good thing I left the glass install area with just fiberglass. I also went a filled what ever gap there was left between the inlay and glass. Now there's a nice uniformed bead along the inside of glass. I test fill on Sunday. - sorry, I'm still trying to install update pictures, but it still tells me I need to sign in even when I am.

Yeah, I went way over my budget, too call it quits now though would be dumb. That's not even an option. Test fill soon. Fish should be in come December. Thank for the words of encouragement

Wasn't able to test fill. I couldn't get anyone to help me move my aquarium to a more level area. I have a few ideas to try moving it on my own. If this works, I post results about it. Here's a picture of my son lying in my aquarium after I sent him in there to clean the glass....damn it, still won't let me upload pictures.

The Mods must think your tank is ugly or something and so have blocked you from being able to load any more pics on this thread...lol

Trying to move the damn thing from the back to the front of house and into my room. Should have it in there this week. I'm going to just have to test fill in my room. It used to be the garage so if it fails, it'll just be on the tiles. Still can't post pictures. Not sure why. Keeps telling me I need to be signed in.
