No, I just dont think my mind would let me keep dreaming once I realize Im dreaming.

as my friend joe biden would say....its mularchy....so I'm with you.....:)but to each his own the mind is a wonderful playground ....just ask chuck manson...

I rarely remember my dreams when I do dream, Id sleep much much more if I had powers over my dreams.

Yes, it will. And, you get to fly, taste colors, turn into monsters, and command the elements. You can build your own animals out of metal and send them into battle against energy forms of indescribable attributes. You can travel in time, see the world in any color you want, the possibilities are limitless. You might find yourself in space, following starclusters as they dip and dive between galaxies, changing shape like a liquid dove. Do not deny yourself this experience.

You've done this?? In your dreams!? Luckily I can do most of this stuff while awake :D

Yes, it's awesome! Look it up. It's painfully easy, just takes a few weeks. First, you just write down your dreams the instant you wake up, or if you wake up to roll over in bed and realize you can remember something/anything at all from your dreams. Once you are training your mind to be aware of the dreams, you're on the road. I used to have nightmares, now I just change the channel if I don't like my dream. Even scary things don't scare me because I know I'm dreaming. Giant spider? *poof*, I turn it into a poodle or board a plane to candyland. No such thing as a nightmare anymore. There's just no fear reaction at all.
