Anyone ride a Honda ruckus???

I have had one for a couple years now and other than not fulfilling my urge for speed and adrenaline(which is the reason I bought this so I'm safe) I absolutely love it its great on gas and looks cool and is fun and fairly cheap to modify.

I used to have a pair of '85 Elite 250 scooters years ago. Now if I got anything, I would try for a SilverWing. The Hondas are fun to ride and good on gas. Just got to a point, I couldn't find parts anymore for my Elites.

I want one! Do you have to get it insurance and registered? Do they also require you to have a motorcycle license?

No motorcycle license just buy plate and ride. Full coverage insurance for mine is $114 per year and costs under $5 to fill up with premium gas
