Just sent in the deposit for this cute little Giant Schnauzer pup. I can't wait until we actually get him. First family dog for us and he should make a great companion for my six year old, an exercise partner for my wife and fishing buddy for me!

Giant Schnauzers are cool.My neighbor had a nice pair and he kept them trimmed and looking photo ready.I love the deep boom to their bark.

Yes his ears will be cropped.
We are a pretty active family. Our neighborhood has some nice hiking trails and the town dog park is literally five houses down from us and we have a big fenced in yard.
We have done a good amount of research on the breed and talked to a few owners in person. I can see him being a handful and testing us at times but I am confident we will bring out the best in him as he will us. He is definitely "pet" quality but his mom and dad are really nice. The show quality GS are crazy expensive in the States. Heck, he is currently over a thousand miles from us.
