Picked up some new fish and need and I'd please

I went to a local fish store and bought some new fish I got a nice female salvini and a medium quality red sev

Left severum is the new one you can see the difference in body color but he's still stressed I just put them all in 15 minutes ago

Now here's my question I was told this fish is a cow fish but I don't know so can I get a positive I.D and what would the price be for a fish like this? he is 10" I already bought him with the other 2 fish but just want to see if I paid to much or got a good deal thanks

He's crazy he changes color when tank lights go on and of and when he eats and if you put driftwood with him he turns completely dark brown/black he's got a giant mouth on him though crazy big lol

I think you're referring to the marbled sand goby (Oxyeleotris marmorata). This goby is Eleotris picta.
 
It's a cow goby. There's a some differences between a marble sand goby and your cow goby. No clue on price. Nice looking fish though

Thank you oddball for giving me a positive ID are these okay kept in freshwater and can I get an adult size on this fish I tried looking them up and didn't find to much info they don't seem to common
