I guess Studd Muffin can tell you about the G and maybe someone here has an Evo to speak on but I'd say it really comes down to how you drive and take care of the car

Personally I would do the g35. The Evo will take a bit more diligent maintenance being a turbo engine. If the g35 comes with the 3.5 v6 or VQ35 that engine is a great and very reliable from my experience.

G35's are pretty reliable and fun to drive. I cant say which would last you longer or which is more reliable in parts because I do not own a Evo. All I can say is that parts for both cars are going to be expensive. Its really hard to compare the two cars because they were both built for different things. The G35 is a luxury sports car while the Evo was built for rally tracks.

P.S The evo comes with turbo :grinno:

I had a g35 but only for like 3mnths never had problems with it,ive never had a evo before,
What's the price range your looking at when it comes to fixing parts?

The only part I had to buy so far was a whole new oem radio and climate control. That was $800 plus labor at Infiniti dealership. Infiniti's do cost a pretty penny when you fix them and buy parts, but then again I'm taking it to the dealership to get everything fixed. Also price depends on what needs to be fixed, what parts you want/need, part brands, and what your auto shop charges you.

Yea Nissan/Infiniti really dont break down. That was my only problem ive had owning the car. I could have gotten the radio and climate control done for free, but my car is not in warranty anymore.
