I'm really confused... I did a complete remodel/update of my profile/signature and I must have clicked some sort of setting that I didn't mean to and now the posts are all being displayed all funky and out of order.

6% incline is very different than a 3 % incline when running...

My treadmill has this feature where I can watch a scenic drive while running and the treadmill would auto adjust the incline while I determine the speed. So I set my speed at 5 mph and started to jog a new course...so instead of running through somewhat of a foothill, up and down, I ran up the side of a mountain...long two miles.

I need to get a quality elliptical. a flat surfaced hard treadmill didn't agree with my back.
I think Ecoli beat me to it, but I was going to say the same. I ran two miles this AM on a treadmill and I too am a flabby engineer.
I don't play basketball anymore because I'm honestly terrified of another 6 month recovery to a stupid ankle or knee injury. Treadmill for me please.
I discovered that the incline was a beast.. I told myself that people who ran uphill were scared of something or trying to avoid a flood.. so I just run.. not run up!
