My largest Gatf is about 9-10" smallest at 7 1/2, my vatf is about 10" being the largest

What do you feed them? I find my GATF loves Hikari sticks the best. I make my own food and the VATF eat everything but I can tell the GATF favors the sticks.

Awesome setup. Cool idea with the camera. I wanted to try that at some point.

Seriously. I was considering it but I didn't think it was possible.

Sashimi, could you share the knowledge with us? :D

Oh, my GATF loves Hikari sticks as well. He has to be very hungry to eat anything else! Stubborn bastard.

Go to a local electronics store. The Source near me has small underwater cameras for about $100. You can also buy clear plastic houseings for certain camera models so yyou can take your camera diving. I think they were around $50 for digital cameras and $200+ for dslr cameras.

I just used a regular web cam and built an acrylic box around it. Used a pvc pipe to run the wire through and bought a usb extension to my pc. There are maximum lengths of how long you can have usb cords so if you have a long way to go you can convert it to ethernet first. You can see some of my camera build in my tank build thread in my signature.

One advice for someone who wants to do it. Try and find a wide angle lens. The web cam lenses are so narrow it's hard to see the whole tank. I couldn't find any wider lens so I'm stuck with what I have. There's about 2 more feet each side that my camera does not see.
