I do the year round beard too. I trim constantly so it doesnt do the mountain man thing and never get longer than .75". All the younger guys at work asked me to shave the rest of the beard but leave the stache and i didnt see the point of looking like a 70's TV star and relatively unprofessional for a month.

Alright guys where are the pics, not that I want to see your ugly mugs but a month with out shaving should be interesting to see.

Im actually about six weeks in right now and looking pretty thuggish ruggish.
