sounds like bob costas got the 2nd amendment crowd fired up last nite....and dont bother me with the hes an idiot arguement.... there are two sides(both with credible arguements)....lets discuss the propriety of making the gun debate the subject of halftime...(I FOR ONE think its ok)....

At first I suspected some kind of drug or medical condition induced depression was at play here but now I'm inclined to suspect that his girlfriend was getting ready to leave him for some reason or other and that is what set him off and caused his actions..I have not followed the story so we shall see.What did Costas say?...I didn't catch his comments.
Yeah pretty much what he said, I'm not sure if it's his stand or abc's stand but I felt it was highly inappropriate for the time and audience trying to forget real life and enjoy a game
However, he may be right. The turn of events would be different with zero guns. He may have still killed his gf but would not have had a way to kill himself fast enough in front of teammates and coaches

Ya I was quite disappointed to hear the rant about gun possession and "there is one thing we can be sure of, if he did not own a gun they would all be here today" really because I'm sure if he really wanted to kill he would have. I watch Sunday night football for the football. If I wanted to hear about gun possession laws id watch... No I wouldn't watch. Ignorant move on a highly viewed national tv event that has nothing to do about guns

that gun thing is like saying that pens misspell words lol, gun laws need to be stricter (i.e. making sure the person who has one isnt going to pull a murder-suicide) but they cant just take everyones hand guns, thats not OK
