new house, new fishroom, 4,000 gallon tank, 1,000 gallon tank, many others and ponds,

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
hi guys, we ran across a great deal on some items, that will work just great in the fishroom, we picked up a 12' long artificial coral reef insert, it is 4' tall , now i know ill catch alot of hell from alot of people that i will be using salt water decorations for my freshwater tank, but i dont care, i loved the way the tank looked with the original coral reef insert and i was not able to get that one, they had sold it right before i got the tank, so anyways i got the coral reef and a piece of acrylic sheet that is 8' long by 55" tall and 1-1/2" thick, for a very good deal. and as you all know, i will be building the indoor cement pond for the big catfish soon, i figure that will make a great viewing window for it, i am really tired of patching the pool that they are in now, at least 2 holes a week, i have to fix, anyways heres some pics of us unloading the corals and the acrylic sheet

now that we have the coral inserts here, i will take all of the lava rock out of the 4000 gallon and use it for the catfish pond, so i now have enough decorations for both setups :)

p.s. i still have no mfk'ers that brought me beer, whats up people :)

I'm looking forward to your concrete build. I'm planning one myself and I'm lost on how to go about it.
