Hey, I know this isn't about fish but I need help. I have a DW 5000 single bass pedal and I was wondering if and how I can convert it to a double. I understand I would need to buy parts but is it possible?

Would you not be just better off buying 2 pedals to save the hassle?
 
I have a DW 5000 double bass pedal... It's pretty simple how it's put together. I would go to your local drum supply store and talk to someone about it, see if you can see one in person and tinker with it.

Thanks! I have the 5000 single and I was just wondering if there was a way to convert it if I wanted to instead of buying the double but I did some research and people said it would cost more for the parts then just buying the double but thanks anyways.

I understood your question... I was saying go see one in person so you can see the additional parts for yourself. Bring your own pedal along and compare.
