Self cloning crayfish have the same requirements as all crays. They are supposed to be more peaceful tho, since they are all female. By stacking PVC pipe inside the tank, you get more surface area for them to live, letting you keep more "cloning" adults. Don't worry about decorations or substrate or even what tank you have, as they will clone themselves in a bucket with a bubbler and a heater.

In a 10 gallon, breed ghost shrimp. Stick some live plants in there, maybe a small piece of driftwood. Buy 20 or so and let them do their thing.

True, they are slow growers, but reproduce at a pretty fast rate.

fast rate is all im looking for.. how nutrional will the be for my cichlids, bichir, clown, prianhas. ect... most likely going to get cherry red shrimp as i heard these are very easy to breed any info on growth rate or reproduction rate ??? there the only shrimp readily available in my area, sometimes rock shrimp or ghost shrimp come up...but also blue freshwater lobster comes up alot... i only ever see one though...anything to do with being teritorial?

If you're actually looking for a viable food source for large fish, sorry to say you won't get it out of a 10g. Even if you filled it to the top with shrimp, they won't breed as fast as your fish eat them. Your best bet is to fill a couple rubbermaids with dirt in your garage and culture worms. Red wigglers are easy and cheap. Not to mention even if you do breed shrimp, you still have to buy food for the shrimp. With worms, you simply scrape your dinner plate in the container every few nights. Not to mention worms are like 75% protein. Most bang for your buck.
