Merle is the the balding redneck with the missing hand, Daryl's brother and was the right hand man of the Governor. Axel is the Irish looking prisoner who made the comment and is part of Rick's group.

Yay another reader! Perfect Viewer is a great app for viewing them on your phone, I can't stand reading them on my computer lol. 10 more to download and you will have them all until 105 comes out this or next week.
