I have a question about Widebar/pulchers!

they look like 3 bar IT's. there has been a sudden influx of them lately, or at least here in asia.

I have seen that photo before and I think a well known vendor brought them in as CT's...I wouldn't call them indo dats .For one,their middle bar comes down almost to a point which I don't recall seeing in good looking three bar indos.
