If your tank weights 750 have any idea how much mine will weigh? It's made of 3/4 acrylic.

stand comes apart lol
Oh, ok, cause I was about to say, "Good luck moving that if it's all one piece." Lol. Thought of setting up a kind of pully system? Ropes around the tank, lay cardboard down on your stairs, slide it down to rest on some pipes or something you can roll it over on the bottom. Honestly the only way you could do it and get it on the stand without an actual lift fork would be to get about 8-10 guys to help you. I don't see any other way unless you have some heavy machinery, lol.

It's settled for me, I'll be building any of my future monster tanks myself in the actual fish room so that I don't have this problem, lol. Limit myself to 125 gallons or less when buying actual tanks that I have to move myself. They also have to be acrylic, lol.

8-10 to do it safely and with minimal risks. Sure 4 grown men can lift it, but carrying it down a flight of stairs with no support on the sides is another matter. Stick at least 3 guys on the bottom of the stairs to take the brunt of it. But then again, you're trying to figure out how to move it without additional help, lol. Good luck man.
