i am kinda thinking it is a female.. So, if it is,
1. DO FEAMALES GET ANY COLER AT ALL OR ARE THEY JUST COMPLETELY GREY AND DULL???

Males will be a little more color faces dip done at a greater angle pointier fins and lastly flat on there stomaches also males top out at 8-9 inches
Females have a bump on the bottom in Witch this is her breeding tube u can't really see the males but females is a little nub like a little bump Also females top out 6-7 inches I hope this helps I could Mabey sex yours if you posted a picture
