Thanks everyone, I'm pretty excited myself.

The pool is currently setup indoors at my dads workplace where the water is free. The filter is well established and we drip new water 24/7. This will be perfect for when it comes time to move these guys. I actually have two of these pools. Use them for koi breeding in the summer. I'm not sure if I want to keep them in the pool as a final setup cause I won't be able to admire them. I probably will build my own huge tank probably 500 gal + with just a giant window.

@rampagerr I think you created a chain reaction lol with the atfs.

I sent my payment for a Tanzaniae African Tiger Fish and an Indo Tarpon from Wes aka fugupuff at rare fish. It will be shipped on Thursday for Friday. Looks like you, chicxulub and myself will have the same batch of tatf!

My aros were originally 50$ but I have a friend who works at a lfs that was able to get me them for 30$ each.

Yeah, in 3 months your ATF will become Aro food. If you are looking to keep ATF with other species grow them out first then add others. Their growth rate is much slower.

Had to take out two tinfoil barbs today. 5 is too many. Also woke up this morning to a barb with half of his tail chomped off

Haha I just had the same thing happen to one of the mollies in with mine. He hasn't bothered anything in that size range until recently, now I've got 2 fin nipped tankmates in 3 days. He must be getting angry I haven't been giving him guppies lol.

Very nice setup, cudos on prepping their next home already. I plan on doing something similar with building a 500gal tank with a large viewing window for my armatus + others.

Does anyone keep indo tarpon with barbs? My barbs has non stop followed the tarpon trying to nip at it's find.

Actually I think they're platies. Whatever the little red livebearers are. My plan was to put a group in there that were larger than him when he first came in so they'd breed and give him a live food supply, but they aren't bumping uglies very often. So I guess they'll just end up as the feeders sooner than I expected.

Crap, I just saw your post above mine. That sucks he didn't make it through shipping!! Are you going to have him ship another one, or just get credited back the money? I'd try for another one if you can, the colors on them are awesome when they get settled in and grow a bit. Sorry he didn't make it, man.
