i bought the missus the cheapest nikon d3000 for christmas and i am also getting waaay better pics, these things are amazing! your fish are gorgeous btw, great job! have you been using the flash, if you turn it off the little pre flash/2nd flash? takes fantastic shots!

Nice, I got my girl a CANON EOS REBEL T3 too. Pics look better, but could use advice on aperture and other settings. I did notice the photographers we talked to at ACA convention, were using faster flash units too. So much to learn. OP's fish look great. How big is your rhino pleco? We have a few too.
