How many dog people?

Serious dog owner have a husky and a chihuahua/rat terrier mix. Actually had to go out to my huskys kennel about n hour ago n kill a opossum that got stuck under his fence behind his dog house , that was not fun :/

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what the larger dog is? There is a very small handful of people I have met that have even heard of this breed.

Pharaoh hound, podenco canario, Sicilian greyhound, or an Ibizan hound. But I'm guessing most likely pharaoh hound, am I right?

Not answering the original question but will share anyway as most people already did. We've had like more than 8 dogs since I was a kid. They're not purebred, though, but the dominant breed is that of Rotweilers. Still, they are quite large. The most we've had at one time are 3 dogs. They are all very playful and liked swimming a lot. A few hours in the morning they will be on the beach swimming and return home perfectly clean. One time while out on a paddle boat a kilometer from shore, our dogs did the unbelievable. They swam to the paddle boat! People hate our dogs as they would terrorize chicken and turkeys. They would always come home with either a dead chicken or a turkey. I remember my father would always have to pay for the casualties as we don't want to lock down or chain our dogs.
