Ok ive having a breeding build with sharks so.... im going to need live food just perrferable if you know what I mean something like sardines not goldfish what soever. It makes all the better have live fish instead of dead maybe every now and then since im more of saltwater tanks maybe weird but I dont like to see F/W fish suffer one time it was horrible I saw a epualette shark in a freshwater tank. With goldfish. Please I need some help on knowing female from male.

Right - just buy cheap fish filets in bulk, or even buy cheap bait at bait shops.

Live fish only makes up a fraction of a normal healthy shark's diet. Again, please do some serious research.
i will look into that i only usually only research fish them self i usually don't worry about the food
