res not eating (past 30 days)

I have two turtles (2inches dia) , problem is one of the turtle not eaten anything for the past 30 days and sit quitely at one place all the time. His eyes are little swollen, but opens sometimes. he is active but not eating anything. The other one is eating normally.. Now He starts yawning too.. I m tense... what can be a problem..
I have set the heater at 30*C and they get sunlight for 2 hr daily.

Have you thought of leaving the light on for longer? if they are not warm enough they will try to hibernate. Also have you done anything to their habitat? they will not eat if they are scared.The usual reason is a dip in temperatures. Aim for 80°F water and 90°F at the basking site. Is there any white stuff coming from the shell?
if there is its called filamentous, it’s fungus.

Sounds like your turtle could be suffering from a vitamin A deficiency. What are you feeding it? Also like mentioned you need to up your light cycle to roughly 10-12 hours on.

Yes, not enough sun, and too hot.

Sun is like 2-3 hr sunlight rest is aquarium light.
i change water every 4th day, water is 5 gallon.

you have them in a 5 gallon?!

Do they have a basking area? Or just water?

If they are in a 5 gallon, in direct sun, they are boiling alive - like I said, way too hot.

not iin direct sunlight in room i take them at terrace for sunlight...
