Bro I think u got cheated if u r looking for a gold head aro. I dunno what term is helmet gold but if my assumption is right what u are hopping for is this.

I can tell you right now, that even with the low possibility that what u have is truly a gold head, it's head will nv turn gold without the correct care. Gold head is achieve not only by genes but by WTT. It is not a natural born thing that will develop as it grows. It is a man made enhancement to special genes. I'm not sure how much u paid for urs, but if it was anything more then a normal XB price u should be complaining. They look really small, are they even micro chipped?

Ill show u a video from the top where you can see gold for such a small piece on the back which means 6th level shine....I paid 12,000 Indian Rupees which is still very cheap....No they are not chippped....btw its already sold

I see many problems with this.

Fistly, 6th lvl shine does not = golden head aro. With WTT it is very common to see 6th shine in very young fish.

Second, Without a micro chip and cert the aro cannot be classified as any gold arowana, not RTG, HBRTG, XB or golden head. In my country we call these "tikam leng" Rough translation, random dragon fish. These aros have no value in our market at all. For all we know it could be a mixed breed of different asian aros. It is anyone's guess.

Third, the price that you got it proves it is an unsaleable fish in which ever market it came from. While it is at RTG prices over here where we breed them, in a foreign market, there is no way it could be so cheap.

Fourth, Asian Aros are protected under cites. What this mean is that un-micro chipped aros are illegal for export or import. Which means the person who exported them to u is doing an illegal practice and what u are doing is supporting it.
I quote,
The Asian Arowana (Scleropages formosus), or dragon fish as it is commonly known, is a protected species under CITES. Hence, any import or export/re-export of Asian Arowanas require CITES permits and for commercial trade, the importer or exporter must be licensed under the licence to import or export ornamental fish.
Only tagged captive-bred Asian arowana (Scleropages formosus) from CITES-registered operations are allowed to be imported, exported or re-exported.

By selling these aros and labeling them as anything other then unknown aros, u are in fact doing a very unethical thing. If you wish to continue, all I can say is try not to show it off.
