Hello again, I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays.....
These next pic's are about the start up and the fish....
I still have to take more full tank shots so I will keep updating.
Also, this summer I have a finishing carpenter coming over to build a picture frame(with maple doors) around the front of the tanks.....
These 7 pic's are the start up....they look so clean with no water in them.....took some time to get the water clear but that was 2 years ago....
Every 6 months I take everything(except the gravel) out of the tanks and do a gravel vac and swap my fish around so today the set up doesn't look the same......here are some fish.....
the pic's might be mixed up so just remember< Tank A(750gal front tank)) has the Midas,Festae, Bocourti, fenestratus , freddys,blue thai silk and johanna pikes.
Tank B(600gal rear tank) has the two Atabapo(red pikes) and all the rest are vieja(Synspilum,Melenurus,Bifasiatus)....
I'll try to get more full tank shots in the next few days.......
Also I don't expect to keep all these fish in these tanks when they are full grown(for example, all 5 of the bocourti will be in there own 220 gal tank) and I will sell some of the other vieja types.........

on more thing, a couple of months ago when I did my fish swap and got rid of some, I put everything back together in a hurry, so the caves are not set up as nice as could be.....
also the tanks look crowded because I took the pic's before feeding time and that is when everyone comes
out, normally they have lots of room and get along pretty good.....
