I think i'm dealing with that prob ... I've had three fish go crazy by swimming erratically bashing off the top of the tank, sides, swimming upside down and after they seem out of it. Looks like they had a seizure then after a bit seem fine ..two fish have died and my syn I've had for a couple months now is doing it but the fish that have been in there for a long time are fine.. all my params are perfect..I'm really confused so if anyone knows anything about it plzzz help me out..

Thanks for the info..it's just wierd that my older fish don't get it but the new fish I put in and up gettin it

I have a FH that does that for months. Then actas normally in all other aspects. Eats normally, normal poop. Must be a neurological fuse that is burnt....

Sounds like this could be misdiagnosed. Your fish seem to be going through some sort of shock rather than being afflicted with swirling disease.

I have only seen it in my classroom. Salmon in the classroom project. I have a thread on it in here. Usually a small % of the fry get it.
