The water itself holds little to no bacteria, most of it will be in the filtration so adding filter media from the old tank to the new tank will speed up the cycling process.

Long term or hell even short term that tank will not be able to house the Flowerhorn or the Red Devil as they will outgrow it. Not to mention both fish have nasty temperaments so they might kills one another off.

Yeah umm the red devil and flowerhorn will eventually team up and kill the parrot then turn on each other , They are very aggressive fish

the red devil and flowerhorn you should be seeing an inch or less a month. the parrot i think its a slow grower but im not sure

All blood parrots grow differently depending on the shape, I bought two and the more deformed one grew a lot slower than the more normal (female) one, it took the female a couple months to go from 3 to 5 inches but for all parrots when they hit 5 inches their growth rate slows a lot
