Best way to transfer tanks to new house?

I took two large tubs, hooked up 2 filters and heaters, put the fish in and then moved them to the new house in the car

then once the tank is in position, fill it up and its just like a big water change

Worked like a charm for me.

If you own both residences within an overlapping timeframe, follow what I did.

1. Setup new tank, treat and bring to temp
2. Put fish in buket and transport to new house
3. Put fish in tank
4. Enjoy!
