Also I heard john doesnt actually have any tanks he just leaves the rays in the bozes changes the water and ships them out.
However my source for that information also scammed a lot of people here including myself.

No he has a facility in nj .. its small and a lot of times he flips stuff right out as he presells off the exporters pics... but he wholesales in NNJ and my friends store has been there. I wouldnt have it shipped or buy it before it arrives. just thought it was a looker.

I heard this before as well, he basically trans ships which in my opinion is better because I would rather have a ray straight out of the river then one that lands in the US for a week or more then gets shipped again. Every ray I got from him acclimated right away and never had one die.
 
his BS got him a lifetime ban from this forum, and from others. He is not exactly renowned for his 'truthiness'.

Mantilla rays were named by Richard Ross for his friend Jose Mantilla who used to ship him rays, from Peru I recall.....
