Yes through the state, you can get a liscense to raise and breed sunfish, youll have to check with the state about capture and sell.

Check with the NJ Fish and Game. You may be able to get a permit to sell baitfish. I don't believe some of the other fish (sunfish, perch) on your list can be caught and sold.
 
You can certainly sell all types of native Coldwater fish. However you cannot openly catch them in state or private lakes ponds or reservoirs and then resell them. You need to have a holding facility and raise them yourself. There is a place near round Valley reservoir which does just that

They sell koi perch catfish largemouth Bass hybrid bass Sunny's you name it pretty much they have it. Pickerel too.

They also sell fathead minnows by the 10,000.

When I have more time I'll try and find the name. I've been out plowing since about 11 last night.
