Switching to Frontosa from All Male Peacock/Haps

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i switched from new worlds last year. I have been happy !! Front are great fish to keep. they are easy to care for and don't have the agreshion issues that many of the new worlds have. I had one fish in my 220 because he killed EVERYTHING !!!!!

with the fronts you can keep a nice colony and they are very relaxing to watch.

here is my tank.

they don't grow as slow as most people say. that is one thing i was worried about.

Wow!!! Nice Fronts and tank.

I also live in Illinois, but am having a tough time finding Frontosa locally.

I am a new world guy and I luv them but.just recently got Kigomas and love them!! Same as mentioned nice to havelots of fish in a single tank, you will enjoy them. Mosta frontosa, little africa aquatics, cichlid and herps, gold africa all awsome vendors.

Freind of mine is a breeder and hes mad for fronts but he does tend to sell his personal collection of adults from time to time to grow out juveniles.
I personal prefer trets they look like fronts only with one less bar and are quite active and much smaller.
