Have had my female veiled for close to 8-9 months and she's probably about a year old. She has been actin very weird lately staying darker with the blue breeding spots. Now of course I would be pretty happy to not have her die eggbound so anyone have advice on what to do for her to lay her eggs with ease? And has anyone bred them before? I'd love to give it a shot! My exprience with veiled is the first time the female lays her eggs shes fine, but its the second and third clutch is were egg bound hits, give her a ice cream pail of something of the sort and put plantation soil in it for her to dig, breeding wise get a male and introduce but the chances of a female living longer then 1.5 -2 years in unlikely

See I've read the chances of the female living more then 1.5-2 years regardless of breeding is not likely anyways. Is there anyway to tell if she is holding eggs or not?
