Found a 75 gallon w/ filter, t5 lights and stand for $100. I think im gonna pick it up.
Its not that bad. Bulbs are fairly cheap at aquatraders and only need be replaced every year or so..
They work fine and get the job done. Have you ever tried aquatraders bulbs? I have. They are my goto for everything aquatic. work fantastic, plants and corals love them. Fish look good too. That rumour about their fixtures starting fires is full of crap btw. And thats happened before with just about any other name brand.
I never said the fixtures were garbage. I said Aquatraders and the bulbs we garbage. They are a garbage company and they have horrible customer service. The bulbs have a short effective lifespan and although the fixtures work fine, they are poorly constructed. Gain a few more years experience in this hobby with quality equipment and you will learn what quality is all about.
