epoxy resin that is fish safe?

Is it true that all potable water safe epoxy resin is fish safe?
Also anyone know any good brands to go for apart from pond armour?

I've never heard of a 100% solids epoxy resin that hasn't been fish safe, and that includes ones that aren't rated for potable water. The latter is because some companies don't bother putting their product through the testing required for the potable water rating.

As far as brands, here are some off the top of my head.

I see you're in the UK so shipping some of these may be costly. I'd be surprised if you can't find a decent epoxy in the UK or something that can't be shipped over from continental Europe, which I assume would be cheaper than from the US?
