dont mind the dirtyness of the tank. i am working a getting a balence of flow to calm as the fish are more active with the calmer water. down side to the increased activity is i get the build up. it is a work in progress.

one question, if i get babytears or another carpet style plant would the cory and bushynoses counter act the carpet effect?

Corys can uproot some until the plants takes root into the substrate. Same with the BN the size of the fish on the plant can uproot it if has not grown roots yet to hold itself down.
