Id go. Like they said, it will be the worlds safest cruise ship once its complete. The original Titanic didnt even have enough life boats or saftey equipment on board for all the passengers. I highly highly doubt they would make such a massive mistake a second time.

Not sure I'd feel safe on it. It has 3 things going against it.

1) The name- Titanic
2) The builder mouthed off of it not being able to be sunk.
3) It's being made in China

I'm a bit superstitious(lame I know) so I'd be worried about tempting fate. Maybe after it had a couple successful voyages I'd give it a go, maybe.
