Inside as in ingrown? Or inside as in in his mouth free

Not ingrown it went in his mouth for some reason.

I do it while in the water? Or i net him out first? Kinda nervous to bring him out of the water.

Honestly see if you can nudge it out with the handle end of the net first. If that doesnt work or you can not get it out by hand in the water taking the fish out may be necessary for removal
