Plants that could be attached to driftwood

Hiya,
I was wondering what plants could be attached to driftwood so that my driftwood would look like a small tree/bonsai. Something like below;

What are those plants by the way and are there low light low maint plants that would do the job?

The tree is done using a type of moss, i think its called Christmas Moss, although i;ve also seen it done with flame moss... and the carpet plant on the left seems to be hair grass...

A lot of plants can grow on drift wood with the right string or glue to hold them down. Lol. But Anubis and and java fern. I like the look of Christmas tree moss on drift wood.
