My Hoplerythrinus Unitaeniatus (Gold Wolfie)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Wow. What's the growth rate of the aimara and the curupira?

I'm not sure if it is typical of gold wolves as I have only had one but mine was very aggressive. It started to chase and attack other, bigger fish within an hour after placing it into the tank.

One video per post?

This is exactly actually what I'm trying to do for a monster tank I'm planning, and hopefully I can make it work like you did! I will get a fahaka puffer this week but I will put that in a separate tank then get a GATF and VATF since its available in my lfs. I'll let them settle down and grow out before I will include an armatus which got a fast grow rate then curupira. ~~wishful thinking~~

Tank size is everything. What are you planning?

Careful with the two ATF. I did have two at one stage ;)

Careful with the armatus aswell. I had a fantastic Tat I put in there a few years back. The ATF took chunks out of it and killed it. I also remember a thread on another forum of a large armatus putting holes in the side of a large GATF.

I guess all I am trying to say is there is a risk in all of this :)

Best of luck and get some pictures up.

Yea I know those risk can really vary and depends on luck! hehe! But you won't get somethign working unless you took the risk, right? Since a kid I'm always fascinated with fishes and have arowana back in highschool. It's just that back in college til now, I'm into dogsporting with gamebred pitbulls so I know how to play with risks ;) I'm just kinda trying to get back in my fish hobby (kinda brings me back with my happy kid moments, so I think that's good enough) So now I'm starting again so the 1st fish I bought was an electric eel.. after almost 2 months of researching before getting a hold of that fish, in a week I lost the eel due to some fungus, that I tried to cure but maybe I'm a little too late. A nice welcome for the hobby that was charged to experience.
