I had an AC110 hung on the side of my 150 for the longest time to help get surface agitation and current.

3 people then, for HOS - Hang on Side Filter, but I am the only current human being doing this now.

I have an AC 110 on 10g right now lol. no livestock in it, just getting some bb growth on the filter media so that when I pick up me new tank ill have a head start on cycling it.
