me and bigslickbullies just brought some pretty neat stuff in from the wild. never really believed in midget marbles till now. got a 8incher with fully rolled claspers,made me a believer. other then that some flowers and false flowers and decent sized plecos

they look really nice but the pics are small and the end ones are dark so hard to look at :(

might be just me but i cant enlarge the pics

do you know where abouts in the wild they came from, ie what river systems ?

that marbles on the end look interesting :thumbsup:

Some of us have been keeping them for years..... ;)

What's really neat is 5 years from now it will likely only be a few inches bigger, if even that..... :)
 
Ill get some better pics in the next couple days. The photos were snapped on arrival. Ya the midgets are pretty cool.very weird tho got 3 males and their sizes are all over the place. And i assume they are from the same river/ area. How big do the midgets get?

My oldest male has been with me around 5 years now. He came in mature at 7 inches, and probably only 9 now, might be able to round up to 10", but no bigger. Biggest female might be creeping up on a foot, she's also been here around 5 years.......

Might want to ask other experienced keepers though as I know the subject is still highly debatable.....

The guy in my avatar's my favorite, he's only 7" and mature.....
