I recently set up a new Malawi tank, consisting of the following stocK:
2 yellow labs
3 Rusty's
1 Auratus
17 baby Demasoni
1 Peppered cory catfish
1 Brichardi (I know, wrong lake)
1 "assorted mutt" orange.

My plans are to move all these guys to my 55g once I find a home for my buddies Salvini that he can no longer take care of, He is by himself in the 55 as of now.
The Tanganyika in the tank was actually sold at Petco, as a Malawi but is not and I knew right away it wasnt. I wasn't sure what it was, until I got home and researched it. Turns out she does okay with everyone, just glad shes on the only one otherwise I'd have issues with a pair I've read.

Everyone does well with everyone, can't wait to get them into the 55 once I get some more substrate..What do you guys think of the setup and the stock?

The baby Demasoni will be all together until I find out which ones are males and will either rehome some and keep a few possibly in another set up. They are beautiful fish and I picked up 17 babies the other night, so we'll see how it works out. First time ever keeping this breed, very interesting fish so far.

Phone keeps telling me I dont have permission to log on so ill post more pictures tonight and when I can explain a little more. Thanks for the input everyone!

that auratus can and will cause promblems I would get rid of it.

I've heard this too and he seems to be pretty docile for now. I've had a few mean ones in the past so if by chance he does aggravate anyone or attempt to ill stick him in another tank or re home him.. Thank you.
