Most likely got from feeding bad worm cause parasite , if you looking at the pic of DB ray eye pull back in a bit doesn't look like normal eye , in order to treat it have to divider the ray with other mate and change water 30 % ever 2 day and add bit salt also just a bit of prazi , should get better in a weeks
