How rare would you say this is?

I bought a vieja argentea a couple months ago because it was something i havent seen before.How hard Is it to find if at all.

they are not hard to find at all if you know where to look i have a breeding pair now and tons of fry

That one doesn't look too healthy. Not a common fish but if you know where to look its an easy find.
