Caterpillar on peas and tomatoes

Best way is to thoroughly check your plants and remove them by hand and remove the eggs as well. Also wasps will eat them too. If your garden is diverse enough the wasps will show up.
 
They have an organic caterpillar killer. I forget the name I only remember it by its abbreviation which is BT. It is made out of bacteria or something and gets into the caterpillars system and prevents them from eating and mating I believe. That's all their really is when it comes to caterpillars. I grow lots of different plants and some plants I grow solely just to attract certain insects.

Are you trying to grow tomatoes organically, thats gonna be a tough one, they are ususally grown with a lot of pesticides
