Even if they're really festae, a lot of what goes around in the hobby is really not the best quality. There are some very good breeders around, I would research carefully.

Flatfishleo is legit. Great fish great communication, packaged mine up well I ordered 25 got 27 and all of them made the trip from north west America to Houston Texas if I was buying more he would be GE guy. Great 2-2.5 in f1 festea 10-15 bucks cannot beat that
