convict breeding with red devil viable fry? even worth it

hey guys so i have a female convict getting ready to breed with my red devil it looks like they've paired up and started clearing gravel under a cave

can these 2 even produce viable fry? if so are they any nice?

Been done 1,000's of times. Unless they have value to you they are just another typical common hybrid.

I'd use them for feeders in another tank if you are running one. If not I'd cull them. Unless you wanted to really see what they grow up into. They have little value as far as hybrids go.

Good luck with them, wasn't trying to bash. Just giving a opinion.

Most convict hybrids have a strong convict look to them. There some examples in the sticky if you haven't already seen.

Its possible to get some cool fry from the mix, not worth any money but you know still cool. Yes its very possible for them to successfully breed.
