what are you saying not really to? RARELY doesn't mean they don't/ king-el had one that was 13 inches long. Just because YOU haven't kept or seen a CB sen upwards of 10 inches, doesn't mean they don't get to those sizes.
 
It's fine. If you feel it needs a bigger tank just get a 40b and it will be fine either way.

Most Sens don't get past 10" like others have said.

i'm not trying start an arguement. obviously, there are CB sens out there that can reach the 10 inch potential. but the majority of them are hormone injected senegals that are mass bred by the tens of thousands. i've had a 4 inch CB sen that didn't grow for 6 months. I did regular 50% WC and I fed it well. King el might of just had one that had good genetics but I thought his sens were wild. Most of the 10 inch sens you see are WC.

i am not either. just saying that you generalize all cb sens dont reach 10 inches, when there are some that do. anyways sorry for derailing op !
