The quickest and safest way to deal with this is to up the temp to 86 and dose with one tbls of aquarium per 5 gallons of water. Change 25% of the water every other day for 10 days redosing the salt to maintane suggested levels. The other alturative is to use meds.

If that doesn't help then try meds. I've always treated illnesses naturally cause i tend to stay away from meds and chemicals so I can't refer meds.

Doug, I searched online. can't find anything about Paracide-D being for ich. can't even find what it IS for.

you need to use a FOR SURE ich treatment.
